What is your refund and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, clearance items and special order items are non-refundable. Please return authorized orders in its original packaging. We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing products?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed immediately upon receiving your order. Please call our customer service department or email us to initiate a claim. Please note that The Bride Shoppe is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. Orders are usually processed the same day the order is placed, so please be sure to contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
